Yes, Quicks is free to use for all members with a limit of 5 listed items at a time. Upgrading to a premium tier unlocks additional benefits, including more listings and promoted visibility for your items.
Yes, as long as it complies with legal regulations.
Once a rental is confirmed in the Quicks app, a unique QR code is generated for the renter. At the time of handover, the app will prompt you to scan the renter's QR code for validation. This ensures secure and accurate transactions.
Yes. After a rental is confirmed, both parties will have access to each other's contact information. However, we strongly advise against conducting transactions outside the Quicks platform, as this voids your protection.
Payments accumulate in your Quicks app balance. You can withdraw your balance once it exceeds $30 for the lowest transaction fee. For withdrawals under $30, a $3 transaction fee applies.
Absolutely! Your app balance can be used to rent items directly on Quicks.
Start by trying to resolve the issue amicably with the other party. If this isn't successful, contact our support team at support@quicks-app.com with a detailed description of the issue and any evidence you can provide. Based on the evidence from both parties, our legal team will determine a resolution.
